Your attorney might STRONGLY recommend that you complete the 4-hour Reckless/Aggressive Driver Course prior to court, especially for charges related to any of the following tickets:

- Aggressive Driving

- Reckless Driving

- Driving on a Suspended License

- DWI/DUI or Possession

Individuals charged with reckless driving tickets, or other violations contributing to aggressive and road rage behaviors, may enroll in a defensive driving course before their court date, typically as referred by their attorney or mandated by the Court. This includes a 12-hour education program comprising an 8-hour driver improvement clinic (DIP) and the 4-hour Reckless Driving Class.

The 8-hour driver improvement clinic class is a recommended pre-requisite for the 4-hour Reckless/Aggressive Driver Course. While it’s not mandatory to complete it first, following this order is advised.
